The service was awful. The room phone didn't work, and it took four or five calls to get a staff member to come deal with the problem. The rooms weren't very clean either. The hotel is also in a remote area, and every cab driver refused the ride. If you have another room option, choose that instead. This only makes sense as a last resort for one night. Hotel shaurya inn, please improve the rooms and service.

I had a bad stay here. I came for one night to attend my friend's wedding at Madhav Banquet, and I had to keep reminding the staff about the services. They showed no shame or apology about it.

The location worked really well for parking, with plenty of space for both cars and two-wheelers. The rooms were tidy, and the service was quite impressive.

I chose this hotel after reading reviews and called ahead to ask about the price. The receptionist said they could show me rooms within my budget and encouraged me to come see them. After an hour getting there, I found it in an outer area that felt suspicious. At reception, they wanted to charge me 2500 for two days because I was checking in an hour and a half early. A really bad experience.

We'd already paid online, but after we arrived they said they don't allow foreign people and wouldn't refund the money. Very bad experience.
