OYO 76256 Trimurti Palace

They gave me a different room from the one I reserved. It was very dirty and unhygienic, and I was told to 'adjust' because there was a wedding reservation. The Wi-Fi didn't work and the bathroom couldn't be used. I asked several times to switch rooms, but each time they told me to wait 30 minutes. I couldn't finish my stay and checked out the next day. They blamed me for leaving, saying they'd have given me the right room if I'd waited longer. I gave them 24 hours to fix things, but they still blamed me.

There was far too much garbage near the room, and inside it there were lots of pan masala stains. The rooms and service were very bad. Towels, sheets, and blankets were dirty and stained. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The online price was only 600, so it's good value if you keep your expectations low. The room and service were good, but don't count on getting the same room shown in the pictures. The landline didn't work. I couldn't lock the room because I was told a couple had previously left without paying and taken the key.

There was a constant smell of smoke, and the AC and fan didn't work. The room, toilet, and sheets were filthy and stained, with a bad smell from the toilet. Staff wouldn't listen, including the receptionist when I raised the problem. It felt unhygienic and like a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this place.
