We only booked a room for a few hours before our 4:30 PM train, so we could freshen up, bathe, and rest. The room wasn’t clean, the bedsheets and pillow covers looked dirty and unchanged, and there was no hot water. When we went to reception about the water, the receptionist was very rude. Instead of helping, he asked, “What do you need hot water for?” Then, after we said we were customers and he shouldn’t speak to us that way, he kept being disrespectful, telling us to leave and saying we were driving him crazy. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. We expected basic cleanliness and respectful service as paying customers.

The room cost us 2500, yet the AC didn’t work, and the staff behaved terribly. Rates aren’t fixed and seem to vary from person to person. Auto and cab drivers get commission from the hotel and drop you here. After checking in, I saw the hotel’s very poor reviews and wish I’d checked them first. It isn’t worth even 1000 per night. Don’t stay here, please check the reviews.

They charge 3600 for a room, but you can honestly get a much better one for even 600. They also charge more than the MRP for a water bottle. I’ve never had such a bad experience. Worst, worse than worst. Worst. Worst. Worst.

The location was nice and the food was good, but the room wasn’t worth the price and could have been better. Room service was very poor.

The location is the only plus. Water leaked in the bathroom, there was no hot water available 24/7, and the bed cover and bedsheet were unclean. Cockroaches were visible here and there. Everything else was awful.
