For a short sleep between trains at New Delhi station, the location might work: it's close to the station but a little removed from the surrounding noise, though it feels expensive for that. Beyond that, I found the rooms small and creepy, the facilities poor, and the place had a strange vibe. There was no hot water, bottled water, or way to boil water; the AC didn't work, only its fan did. The neighborhood didn't seem great, though I personally didn't feel unsafe. The sheets felt dirty, so I slept in my sleeping bag. Reception and staff weren't unpleasant, just not helpful. I paid 800 roupies for an AC room, and I've had much better hostels for the same amount. I wouldn't stay here more than one night.

Don't trust the user reviews on the OYO app, the staff collect customers' mobiles and make them submit reviews.
