The room was uncomfortable and poorly kept. The sheets were dirty, water was leaking from the ceiling, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Service was horrible, and the staff's attitude made the stay even more disappointing. I wouldn't recommend Hotel FBB Pan Asia unless these issues are addressed.

The rooms and bathrooms were unclean, and even getting a clean bucket or a bottle of water turned into a futile back-and-forth. We were told there was no water available, then that we would have to order it. The manager was extremely rude and seemed unwilling to help at all. With their “Redefining Hospitality” motto, they certainly left an impression, just not a good one. We decided the best option was to ask staff for nothing and leave as soon as we could. One of my worst hospitality experiences, and the rating seems highly inflated. I’ve attached a few photos from the stay.

The location is great, but the room was tiny and shabby for the price, with barely enough space for two people to move around. There was no natural light, no amenities, and outside food wasn't allowed. Even the bathroom was too small for a child.

There wasn't a complimentary breakfast, water bottles, or clean sheets and towels. The toilet fittings didn't work, water was leaking, and the TV was out of order. At first the room I was shown at reception and the toilet were in very poor condition. They refused to move me at the online booking price, so, since I was with my family and child, I paid a very overpriced extra amount for another room that was only slightly better. I don't recommend it.
