Manas Resort With Petting Zoo

Dominic was quick to respond to our requests, polite, and attentive. His friendly manner and professionalism made our visit memorable, and his excellent service really added to the meal. We had a lovely time dining at the resort restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was well managed. Great service makes a difference. Highly recommended!

The petting zoo was the highlight of our pleasant stay in Igatpuri. The animal and bird interactions happened at the same time, though, so we had to choose and missed the bird petting. I really wish the sessions were staggered so guests could see all the animals and birds. The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, which made the stay feel personal. Our room was clean and well maintained, although it took a few minutes for hot water to start coming through the shower. The property is also very easy to find and access. A positive choice for a relaxing getaway.

The bathroom flush placement was the one real hassle. It stopped the toilet seat from opening properly. Apart from that, our one-night, two-day stay at **Manas Zoo Petting Resort** was memorable, with a great room view and a calm, green setting that felt like a refreshing break from city life. The petting zoo was a highlight. We saw birds, dogs, cats, big lizards, iguanas, and more. The organized interaction sessions ran from 8:30 to 10:00 in the morning and 4:30 to 6:00 in the evening. They felt safe and engaging, especially for families and children, with a caring, controlled setting for getting close to the animals. The grounds were neat and well maintained, and both swimming pools were clean and relaxing for adults and kids. Staff across reception, the restaurant, housekeeping, and animal care were polite, approachable, generous, and happy to help. The car parking went smoothly, and the welcome at reception was warm. They even provided copper vessels for drinking water, a thoughtful convenience that meant we didn’t need to carry our own bottles around. Small details like camphor in the bathroom stood out too, and the common area bathrooms were clean. Food was on the costly side, especially à la carte, but the taste justified the price. The dishes were delicious and well prepared, and the buffet breakfast had good variety and quality. You could see the effort in the taste and presentation. All in all, a peaceful weekend option for a family outing or a nature-focused stay with animals. I’d recommend it and happily visit again.

The property was very well kept, and the pet and zoo attendants were highly informative. Housekeeping service from Mr. Santosh was very good, while the restaurant staff, Team Mizoram + Subrata, were prompt and efficient. Miss Shweta form Sales / Reservation made booking and getting us a perfect room a smooth process. Very good experience, thanks!
