The hospitality made guests feel welcome and looked after, and the hotel had excellent facilities in a serene setting. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, with a warm, elegant feel. The food was delicious, with a wide range of dishes for different tastes, prepared with care and quality ingredients. It was a relaxing, luxurious stay and a memorable experience.

I was disappointed by several parts of my stay. The room's condition fell below standard, and some amenities weren't working properly. Reception only told me about the late fees an hour before they were due. I had hoped for a more comfortable visit, and hope this feedback helps improve future stays.

The location is prime, and the rooms are spacious, but the bathroom upkeep is awful and the AC barely works. Turn it on in the evening and you only feel it by the next morning. If you can't find a room at a good hotel, you could stay here, but don't expect hotel quality. It feels like a godown. The receptionist was one of the worst I've encountered. Someone needs to teach her how to speak to customers. I hope they hired her without a salary.

Dinner was incredible, with loads of delicious options on the menu. The food will blow your mind, and the ambience is stunning. We had a great stay, and the staff were super polite. A paradise for hardcore non-veg fans!

I haven't stayed in the rooms, so I'm not rating them. The restaurant, though, is unparalleled. Its Afghan/Kerala style menus are delicious, and the kozi rice is their signature. I'm not a fan of their biriyani, but I've kept visiting for the past 5 years with the same enthusiasm.
