G K Hill View Resort

We took our school group on a field trip. There's plenty of space for kids to run around, plus indoor sports, a pool, a DJ room, a play area, a dining hall and rooms. The staff were helpful and courteous, and the washrooms were good. Food was just ok. There’s lots of parking, and it would also work well for family functions and gatherings.

The food, especially the biryani, was a pleasant surprise. At other resort outings we'd had, the places looked great but served very poor food, so I expected the same at GK. It completely changed my view. A decent 4/5 option around BLR, and one that's earned a place on my list for resort outings. We had lots of fun with the team, using the indoor and outdoor games. We missed the lake boating, but the lake isn't big, and it seems worth trying if you plan to go. The pool and rain dance are another draw: the pool reaches 6ft, unlike the usual 4-5 feet at resorts, and it has a separate section for children. A fun, decent place to try with family or a team.

We went with friends and family for a day out near Bengaluru. The kids enjoyed the pool, park, and bird watching, and the food was tasty. The place is really good for spending the day. They could improve the service, though: the restaurant and front office weren't in sync about timings. Everything else was fine.

Sales Head Vikranth Rai was supportive and committed to making sure customers were satisfied. We had a pleasant weekend at GK Hillview Resort, with tasty food, good hospitality, and clean, well-maintained rooms. It's a cozy, beautiful nature resort, and the scenic surroundings made it a favorite spot for us.
