The owner was very rude, and they don't seem to care about customer relationships. Staff were okay, but room service was nonexistent and the washroom was dirty. OYO customers apparently get sent to the fourth floor with no lift. When I asked for the ground or first floor, they wanted ₹1200 or ₹1500 extra. I paid ₹1200 because I was with my mother, who has a heart condition. It also felt like they only wanted to accommodate unmarried couples.

The staff were rude and got angry that we paid through the OYO app, saying OYO hadn't paid them. The bedding was disgusting. They hadn't changed the sheets, and after we complained, the replacement was dirty too and covered in hair. Such a bad stay.

When I checked out after just three hours, a staff member asked to see my phone. I handed it over and was shocked to find he'd left a five-star review on the app from my account. The service was awful throughout. The staff wouldn't give me water, and charged me when I ordered it. There was no towel or kit, and the AC didn't work. I had booked one night for August 29, but they were saying I couldn't stay the night. Really bad experience, and that staff member was dishonest.

It's a home converted into a place to stay, tucked inside a narrow lane, and the bathroom doesn't even have a washbasin. It needs a lot of maintenance. The owner was good, though he said OYO hadn't paid the staff for the last five months.

Some inexperienced new people have entered the hospitality business and they don't know customer service. One person took our order for complimentary breakfast, then someone else cancelled it 40 minutes later. The place seems to suit local couples coming to do their thing, and it's popular for that.
