Hotel JPS Residency

The location is the one good thing here. I left ten minutes after checking in because the hotel and rooms smelled of smoke, the floor tiles were worn and torn, and insects were crawling around on the floor. When I asked the staff about the smoke, they said guests caused it and there was nothing they could do. The mattress was so bad it would give you a backache, and I felt unsafe. The photos online are deceptive.

Please fix the problems and treat guests with a little kindness. We aren't staying for free. I found cockroaches in the room, the TV didn't work, most room doors were jammed, and the fans, ACs, or their remotes didn't work. The bathroom fittings were rusty, and the spray gun didn't even have a holder. The staff were unresponsive, and I left utterly dissatisfied. The shower in my room looked like the one in the photos. All this for an astounding 2,000 rupees a night felt like a scam. They don't offer a refund if you aren't happy with the service. Save your money and book somewhere else. I can't recommend it.

This was my worst hotel stay so far, even after paying a bomb for it. Rooms were awful, all the doors were damaged, and the lift never seemed to work. Service was poor, the food was awful, and the staff were stupid. Nothing here was worth appreciating. They charge 3000/- per day, which is far too much. Don't even think of staying here.

Think a hundred times before coming here. The lift didn't work, there was no TV in the room, and the food service was awful. I ordered dal rice and it took three hours to arrive, while the bill was like one from a 5-star hotel. The place also didn't feel safe, the door locks were damaged, and they didn't accept card payments.
