Stay away from this place. Look for another hotel.

Fab hotels changed our booking at the last moment, moving us from the original vintage hotel to the cheaper nearby fab express lotus palace. That hotel had no kitchen or breakfast provision, even though breakfast was included in our room charges. We were left in a fix and felt taken for granted, with no choice but to accept. There’s no way to communicate through their official number, just a computer answering machine. They have neither a compensation system nor a policy to refund the full amount. If I don’t get a proper reply and compensation, I’ll have no choice but to complain to consumer court.
