What stood out to me was the calm atmosphere and the care taken with guest comfort. TMS Grand felt relaxing after a long day, with clean, well-kept rooms. The staff were helpful and polite, service was prompt, and the facilities were organized. I had a comfortable, satisfying stay and would recommend it to someone looking for an enjoyable visit.

The staff really made the stay pleasant. They were friendly, very courteous, and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was also budget-friendly, and for what I paid, the services seemed fair and appropriate. I had a decent experience overall.

For a reasonable budget, this is one of the nicer places to stay in the area. We were there for a day and had a very good experience. The room was clean, and the receptionist was humble and polite. Our TV ran Android, so we could watch our usual shows just like at home.

We booked for two people but received just one towel, which was inconvenient. During our two-day stay, there was no room service or housekeeping at all, and the TV never worked. The room also lacked slippers and a night lamp, while the basin light was out. Maintenance and service fell well short of expectations. I hope management fixes these basic issues for future guests.

I've stayed here on quite a few occasions. The area has a really lively nightlife, and the place itself is cozy and affordable. The staff are sweet and serve you well. Thanks to receptionist Savita for always doing her best to help 👍
