Deventure Sarovar Portico Kapashera

Our doctors really enjoyed the cuisine, which felt made with passion and love for us. We held their training in the banquet and had an amazing experience. Everyone was helpful, from the staff at the entrance and exit to the banquet, chef, reception, and sales teams. Special thanks to Rajesh, Ekta, and Dr. Varsha Khatry. Breakfast was good, and the staff were courteous. The hotel is lovely, right in the busy Kapashera area. We had an event at Yashobhoomi, which turned out to be only a 15-minute drive away. I really hadn’t expected that. For the price, it was a very good experience and I’d recommend it.

The restaurant was the bright spot for us. The food was good, there were enough options, and the restaurant staff were caring and polite. The rest of our two-night stay in January, during an Agra-Varanasi trip, was difficult. I travelled with my wife and two kids, and the room offered to us was too small for a family. Once our bags were in, there was barely room to walk. The shower knob leaked, the bathroom bin lid was broken, there was only one pair of slippers, and the room had no tissues apart from a roll in the bathroom. Reception didn’t feel welcoming. There were many foreign guests, and I wondered if the hotel was more interested in serving them than Indian guests. The location is remote, with nothing nearby, and getting to the city’s main spots takes over an hour.

The food was fresh and really good, and we had a lovely stay at deventure sarovar portico. Tushar, Nishant, and Anup were especially polite and attentive to our needs. Mr tushar was helpful with everything we asked for, and the tea he made was exceptionally good. Thanks for the service.
