OYO 9726 Hotel Aura Palace Deluxe

I had booked an AC room, but the staff kept turning the AC off from downstairs. Each time we wanted it back on, we had to go down from the 3rd floor and ask. In the evening they agreed to leave it running overnight, but around 3 AM it was off again. We woke up overheated, and at 4 AM I went all the way downstairs once more to ask them to switch it on. They said it automatically turns off in the morning and couldn't be switched on again, even though it was extremely hot upstairs. You also have to go downstairs to get water because they don't bring it to the room. The bathroom door had no lock, and the bedsheets were stained. It was a complete waste of money and one of the worst stays I've had. Don't book here 🙏🏻. Glad I only booked for a day.

I paid online through the OYO app for an AC room at OYO Hotel Aura Deluxe, but when I arrived, staff said that price didn't include an available AC room and asked me to pay extra. If the room can't be booked at that price, why show it in the app? When I asked to cancel, they told me to do it through the app and offered no help. The response was rude and unprofessional. It was a total waste of time and money. Don't trust OYO or this hotel, and don't come here. 1/5.

Every room was a mess. The toilets were dirty, there was hair from men and women in the bed, and some bad substance on the sheet. The AC was broken too. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

I booked through OYO for 450, but on arrival they demanded 800 and told me I had to cancel. This is the worst hotel I've ever booked.
