A rat in the room damaged my luggage. That's a shocking hygiene and maintenance problem on its own. When I reported it, the staff said confidently they'd compensate me and get back to me the next day. Instead, I spent a whole week chasing them by phone and email. After all that, they offered a credit note valid for only 6 months. I live in Gujarat, so apparently I'm expected to travel all the way to Delhi to use it. They'd verbally promised a refund, then changed their story over email and offered this instead. Rats, damaged luggage, broken promises, and terrible customer service made this one of the worst hotel stays I've had. If you care about basic hygiene, honesty, and accountability, look elsewhere.

For a short stay or layover, it's handy to be right inside the metro complex near New Delhi Railway Station, especially if you're arriving late or catching an early train. The pods were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Lockers felt secure, washrooms were hygienic, and the Wi-Fi worked well. Staff were polite and cooperative, and having separate dorms for women added a sense of safety. It's affordable and has good facilities for resting without going far from the station. A great option for solo and transit travellers.

The roomy common area and good cafeteria were a plus, and check-in went smoothly even early in the morning. The place had a nice vibe, was quiet and spacious, and the restrooms were clean and hygienic. For this location, the price is good. I had a good stay overall. The activities in the common area need some attention, though. The carrom board is nearly unusable, the dartboard is missing its magnet, and some hand soccer players have come loose. It'd be great if they fixed these and added a few more options. Otherwise, it's a good place and deserves 4 stars.

We'd seen lots of bad reviews while searching, but were pleasantly surprised by this place. It felt secure and hygienic, and the beds and washrooms were very clean. We had a pleasant stay. There was a small problem with the locker, but the staff fixed it for us.

Being inside the New Delhi Railway Station metro complex makes this a convenient, clean place for a short stay or transit. The pods are comfortable and tidy, the lockers feel secure, and the washrooms are well maintained. Staff were polite and helpful. A good budget choice for solo travellers and late-night arrivals. Highly recommended!
