The front desk staff and managers were very good, and the food was the best part of my stay. It’s near West Patel Nagar, close to pillar number 218. The rooms are okay but need some renovation, especially the bathrooms. Housekeeping was awful. My room went three days without cleaning or a towel change. They didn’t mop or take care of other things either, even after repeated complaints. They blamed an internal staffing issue, but guests shouldn’t have to suffer for that. I hope they sort it out. It’s okay for work trips, but I wouldn’t choose it for a holiday.

I spent three days here over New Year while visiting Delhi, and the rooms felt well worth the price. The food was good, the location was really central, and the hospitality was great. I’d recommend it.

The property itself is good, but that much arrogance isn’t okay. You’re not the only hotel owner in the country, and this isn’t some 3-5 star hotel. Learn business etiquette at a good B school. I won’t visit again, and you may ruin your own goodwill 😘
