The room was clean and comfortable, with nice decor, amenities, good sleep quality, and a hygienic bathroom. Staff were helpful and responsive. Food and drinks were great for quality, variety, timing, and accuracy. Check-in and check-out were efficient, the reservation was accurate, and I felt secure. I liked the ambience and value for money, and would recommend the place.

The room was clean and the service was good. Breakfast is served buffet style from 8 am, but starting at 7:30 would help guests who need to leave early.

Water was a constant problem, and the staff weren't professional when dealing with guest concerns. Cleanliness was also lacking, especially with the pillows and blankets. The stay was unsatisfactory overall.

The one drawback for me was the lack of a restaurant, as they only offer room service. There are nearby restaurants where you can get food, though. For chaap, I'd suggest Lords of chaap, about 1.2 km from the hotel, if you want to enjoy it as street food. The hotel itself is in a peaceful, traffic-free area, surrounded by gardens and quite old societies. It feels far removed from Delhi's usual chaos, and the location is very nice. The rooms are also lovely and well kept. For a regular traveler, it's worth it and very budget friendly. I'd recommend it.
