Hotel Parth Palace

The washroom was extremely dirty, and the sheet was covered in spots. Water wouldn’t come in the washroom, but the receptionist ignored me even after I told them many times. The TV didn’t work either. Worst room ever, I’ve never seen a hotel like this.

Even after checking in, nobody cleaned the room. Tea took at least an hour and a half to arrive, even in the morning, and dinner had the same delay. The charges for staying seemed to vary by day. I was completely frustrated with the time I spent there, though the go-ibibo team did help me sort out the issue. For service, I’d give it zero stars.

The place is hard to find because the Google Maps pin is wrong and the hotel sits down a narrow lane. Inside, the rooms were dirty and cockroaches were wandering around. What’s shown online doesn’t match the actual place at all. It’s poor value, since better hotels are available for both price and location. I’d call this a zero-star hotel.

A noisy fan and an air conditioner I couldn’t adjust added to the filthy room, where I also saw cockroaches. Just the usual kind of budget hotel in Delhi, and I suspect the five-star reviews here are fake.
