I arrived in Delhi at 3 am and didn’t have many options, so I booked this hotel hoping it would be decent. The location near the metro station is nice, and that’s the best thing I can say about it. My room was dusty and looked like it was falling apart. I could have put up with that, but there was a huge rat in the room. Since they had no other rooms, I had to stay there. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I’d give it zero stars if I could, but one is the lowest available.

The Clay Oven restuarant attached to the hotel serves north Indian, south Indian, and Chinese food, and it’s very good. During our visit for an official event at AIIMS Delhi, we were especially glad to have south Indian breakfast, including idly. The hotel was listed as three-star, and it didn’t disappoint us in any aspect. The institute is only five minutes away, which was why we chose it. Our rooms were clean, and everything from the linen and toiletries to room service was perfect. The food was very nice, and the staff were kind and friendly. I’d stay here again on a future trip to Delhi and highly recommend it to anyone attending an event at AIIMS delhi.

The property is a little old, but the rooms are nice. It’s in a residential area in the heart of the city, with a market nearby, and I felt safer there with my elderly parents. The food was very tasty and the staff really helpful. They fixed a small issue with the shower in our room. It was a great experience, and I’ll visit again.

The price feels like five-star, while the service is zero-star. Think twice before going. The night receptionist was extremely rude, and an omelet took an hour to arrive. Everything gets added to the bill. The first time in my life I asked for a matchbox, but they only gave me matchsticks. That’s when I learned they keep the sticks safely without the box.

Food costs far too much for what it’s worth. The room was awful and had cockroaches, and the staff were uncooperative, needlessly rude, and arrogant.
