Fabhotel Lord Inn

A waste of time and money. After you arrive with an online booking, they refuse to give you a room and pressure you to cancel and book directly with the hotel. Very disappointing.

The service staff never came even after many calls, and the room intercom didn't work either. Nothing was clean, including the bathroom. Under the bed I found used condoms. The AC wasn't working properly, the lights were very dim, the fan regulator was missing, and the TV didn't work. There were no basic amenities like a glass, kettle, or room fridge.

There was a bad smell as soon as I entered the hotel reception, and it continued in the room. When I raised it, the person at reception said they'd spoken to the Fab people and that I'd get a refund so I could book somewhere else. There was no refund, and later they refused it, even though the hotel staff member said they'd asked them to refund me. A very bad experience. I'll never book any Fabhotel again. It doesn't deserve a single star, and the person I spoke to from Fabhotels was rude and uncooperative too.

Food was refused to us even though we were ready to pay. Staff said it was because we had booked through Fab hotel, while they were serving food and drinks to other guests at the same time. It was humiliating. They made my family feel we'd made a mistake booking here and blamed all the problems on our Fab hotel booking. We had paid in advance for an eight-day stay, and as the days went by the staff made it feel like a huge mistake. Room cleaning only happened after asking or calling reception about ten times. They didn't have enough staff, and said toiletries weren't available. Water took about an hour to arrive after we asked. The hotel standard doesn't match the price, so anyone thinking of staying here shouldn't waste their money.
