I stayed here for three days in April 26, more than a year after my previous stay, and the premises have improved a lot. The rooms are better and comfortable, though the TV and AC don't work because they aren't connected. Those are minor annoyances while the hotel is being renovated. It's very close to RK Ashram metro station, within walking distance, and especially convenient if you exit from platform 16. From platform 1, it's better to take an auto e-riksha, which may cost ₹80 to ₹100 depending on your bargaining. I still don't understand why SBI Staff Associate chose this hotel as a staff holiday home in Delhi. The earlier Ajmal Khan Road hotel was much better for location and access. SBI Staff Associate should review that decision.

My whole family had a terrible stay and we got nothing for the money we spent. The room smelled bad, the bed was like a child's cot, and the toilet was broken. The location was horrible and the staff unbelievably rude. This hotel is a scam and should be shut down. Never stay here. I prefer.

This old property is in very bad shape, with nothing maintained. It's an SBI Holiday Home, so I'm asking SBI to look into this hotel and do something about the maintenance.

Nothing worked properly during what was the worst experience of my life. The manager's lies and fake promises could trap other people, so I'm writing this to warn them. They act like being in the capital means they don't have to respect customers. There's no service or manners, just complete arrogance. This is a scam, not a hotel. Avoid it even if they beg you to stay for free.

All I found were cockroaches and fake drama from the receptionist when I complained that the rooms were dusty and unclean.
