I stayed two nights and had cockroaches in the room. They didn't provide basic amenities, not even water, and the staff weren't friendly. The flush didn't work properly, and they wouldn't give us another room. These were the facilities as of 1 Jan 2026. Avoid staying here.

The hot water wasn't working properly, and the room had no basic amenities. I booked through OYO, but the room I got wasn't the one shown online. It was in poor condition, and the fan made a lot of noise. The manager spoke rudely and first said the room would be changed at 9 AM, but no proper solution came later. A very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless it improves its service and provides the rooms promised at booking.

There were cockroaches roaming around the room, and they didn't provide clean bedsheets or blankets. The room was awful, and so were the staff and service. Worst experience ever.

The staff behaved terribly and the service was awful. I was completely frustrated. Nobody should come to this hotel.

The AC had no remote control, so it was either freeze or switch it off completely. The linen was dirty, and cockroaches crawled around at night when the lights were off. The staff and owner were rude, and the service was below average. A terrible stay.
