Drawers were falling apart, and some even had maggots. The sheets and walls were stained too. Nothing seemed clean or ready beforehand. This place could be a lot better if they actually looked after it instead of renting it out again and again.

We're really disappointed that they didn't return our ID proofs. I'm taking stars off for that, and hope they can deliver the documents to us.

The staff were very good, and the stay was comfortable. My only suggestion is to keep drinking water in the room and charge for mineral water only when guests ask for it.

Both times, they refused to honor my Oyo booking and asked me to pay cash. After the same thing happened a second time, I left.

The staff are greedy, and breakfast is bad. For lunch and dinner, use food delivery apps.
