Rakesh, Heer, and Ekta made our stay feel personal and royal. They arranged early check-in and took care to make sure every detail was handled. Their warmth, professionalism and genuine attention turned a beautiful hotel into a memory we'll treasure. They made us feel like kings in a palace, and showed us the true royal Taj experience. My cousins and I stayed at Taj Gorbandh Palace, Jaisalmer from 27th to 28th January. It was magical and exceeded what we expected. Thank you for setting such a high standard. This is why Taj stands apart, and we'd recommend the property to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.

Breakfast was a delight each morning, with Manish taking especially good care of us. Pawan, Anish, Heer, Shyam, and Nonlih in the dining room were attentive, courteous and professional throughout. Housekeeping also did an impeccable job, keeping everything spotless and well maintained. Jayanti, the Front Desk Manager, deserves a special mention. Her kindness and attention made a real difference to our comfort. The whole staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our stay at Taj Gorbandh, Jaisalmer exceeded all expectations. We were met with genuine warmth and care, and would absolutely love to return. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable visit.

Krishan pal singh deserves a special thanks for the help he gave us locally. The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spacious, spotless and beautifully kept, and there were plenty of tasty food options. A comfortable, memorable stay. Highly recommend!

The breakfast was enjoyable, though a little understated compared with the property's otherwise high standards. I appreciated how promptly and thoughtfully the team responded to feedback, including offering a complimentary lunch dish as a kind gesture. Yokhao was our dedicated contact throughout the stay. Taj Gorbandh Palace has regal charm, with heritage, architecture and ambience that make you feel like royalty. The hospitality lived up to the Taj name: staff were warm, attentive and ready to go the extra mile. A lovely stay, and we'd gladly recommend the property and visit again.

The room was quite small, and after one shower the bathroom became a complete mess. The rooms also aren't soundproof, so jet engines will blast your ears off. Food was just okay. The staff were very nice and polite, which was the one good part of the stay. But the property itself didn't do justice to the brand, and it never felt like an authentic Taj experience. Overall, it was okay, but below the brand name. Without the staff's politeness, I'd give it just 2 stars.
