The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and elegant too. A really lovely, relaxing stay! 👍🙏

We stayed seven days, and they didn't clean the bathroom even once. It was like a chawl bathroom, and the room wasn't clean when we checked in or cleaned each day. Breakfast came with our package, but all they gave us was two biscuits and two cups of tea, worth 200 rupees. Pathetic experience, and I'm really disappointed and unhappy with their service. If I could give a minus rating, I would.

We booked online because the rooms looked luxurious, but the real room was tiny and very dirty. They didn't provide towels or carpets. I called three times about service and got no response, even after speaking to their staff. At checkout, when we brought it up, the hotel staff were very rude. Really disgusting hotel. 👎👎👎👎👎👎
