The host made the stay special. He was welcoming, very friendly, and ready to help with whatever I needed. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a wonderful stay in India and would happily return. I’d recommend it to others.

The food was very good, and the staff were helpful. The manager was cooperative too. Nice hotel.

Being asked to pay ₹500 extra to receive cash through an OTP felt wrong and unethical. That alone made the place seem untrustworthy. The service was terrible throughout, and the staff were rude and unprofessional. The receptionist was especially unhelpful. There was no respect for guests, proper service, or transparency. I won’t come back and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I came from Canada, and the receptionist’s attitude was disgusting. This lady had the audacity to speak to me like, “Go on, what standing do you have?” You can find hotels in Mahipalpur at reasonable prices with good service, so don’t come here. She clearly doesn’t understand customer relations. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms are okay, but I wouldn’t stay here even for free. They first promised me complimentary breakfast, then held me there insisting I had to pay for it. I don’t mind paying, but an agreement should mean something. They’re extremely unprofessional and seem to try to get money out of you in every way. Avoid this place if you respect yourself.
