There were large, scary cockroaches in the rooms. They took my phone, canceled my confirmed booking, and deleted it from my phone. Then they made an offline booking and charged me an extra 1000. I doubt they’ll return that money. Don’t get caught in the same trap. If you see a good review, they may have taken the customer’s phone and posted it themselves.

My stay in the room was good overall, and the owner, Shivam, was courteous and professional. He let me extend checkout because my flight was late. The bathroom could have been cleaner, though, and guests really should get a basic welcome kit.

This place is a waste of money. There’s no lift, and despite saying they had CCTV when I asked for a room lock, they never provided the lock. The receptionist asked for my phone to check the booking in the Oyo app. I handed it over without thinking, and later saw the price had jumped from the pending 149rs to 1049rs. He’d added a food service option that I never selected. When I asked, he said I must have added it by mistake. Just give them your booking ID, not your phone. This felt like a kind of fraud.

The check-in was awful, and the owner and manager behaved very badly. They add food charges even if you haven’t ordered anything. Sometimes they refuse to let you check in, even at night, and leave you out on the road. The hotel is down a closed lane where you can’t really go anywhere. I’d give it minus five stars. Don’t even consider staying here.
