The location is good, near New Delhi railway station, and the staff were good natured. The food was good too, but watch the bill at checkout: they add 10 to 15% extra even after a 10% service charge. We booked two family rooms and one deluxe room, but they didn’t look like the pictures. There were cockroaches, and the fans were so dirty that dust fell onto the beds when they ran. Hot water never came, so I had to ask staff for a bucket from outside. There was no AC remote for us to control the cooling, and they switched the AC off early in the morning.

The smooth check-in worked well with my train timings, and the hotel’s spot near New Delhi Railway Station made getting around convenient. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were courteous, helpful, and available when I needed them. For a budget-friendly stay, the service and hospitality were commendable. You can order breakfast, and service is available 24/7. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Delhi who wants a centrally located, accessible place to stay.

I had a very bad experience. The lower-cost rooms were unusable, so I had to move to a more expensive room. The website photos didn’t match what we found, guests weren’t allowed in the room, and the staff were rude. About the response: it wasn’t just about the policies. We agreed to provide valid ID, but the staff wouldn’t listen or speak properly. I called the rooms a scam because the photos for the 1k room showed something completely different from the actual rooms. Either list the right prices and pictures or stop listing the smaller rooms, which weren’t even fit to breathe in. My review wasn’t biased. We were willing to provide valid IDs, and we politely asked if the girl could at least use the washroom. Even though I’d paid the full price, we were forced to use a common washroom. That was rude. I hope you understand and fix the issues. And next time you ask a reviewer to stick to facts, remember to pay them well, or they’ll tell the truth and expose the conditions of your “prestigious” hotel.

The person in charge of the office hung up while I was speaking. One of the only two contacts on the website cut the call, and the other spoke without taking any responsibility. I couldn’t find any technical team number there either. I’d booked a room at Hotel Sun International and wanted to cancel and rebook for different dates. I was told only the technical team could cancel it, and that I had to call them. Why should I have to contact your technical team? This was a very unprofessional way to treat people. Learn to treat customers properly. Please don’t book here. Fraud hotel and staff.
