I stayed at Hotel Global Inn by Comfort Inn from 14th Feb to 15th Feb, and it was a nightmare. The rooms smelled awful and the toilets didn’t work. Reception staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. There was also a serious security concern. The receptionist asked for my email, then pressured me to share an OTP sent to my phone. I realized it was for logging into my personal Agoda account. When I challenged him, he suddenly acted blank and stopped asking. It felt like an attempt to take over my account or manipulate my review. Their policy said early check-in was complimentary, but they still made me pay ₹400 in cash for arriving just two hours early. It felt like a cash grab. I also wouldn’t trust the brand name or high ratings, since my experience made it seem like genuine negative feedback may be suppressed. A regular 2-star hotel would be a better choice than dealing with the filth and security risks.

The room had everything we needed, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The whole hotel was super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, too. We had a wonderful stay at global inn by quality inn, and I’d highly recommend it.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious and freshly made. There were options for a filling meal or something lighter. My room was also clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained, with thoughtful touches that made it relaxing. I really enjoyed the warm hospitality and would happily come back. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The receptionist was really nice and accepted our request during check-in, making the process enjoyable. The property has all the bells and whistles you’d want from a great place. We had a wonderful stay.

We were exhausted after a long trip and arrived late, just wanting somewhere near the airport to rest for the night. The good ratings looked fake after what we experienced. I took photos, but they still can’t show how horrible the room was. I can’t imagine how we got through the night. Please stop posting fake reviews. People suffer when they trust them, and you can’t even trust the reviews anymore.
