Getting back after 9-10 PM felt uneasy. The area around Blessings Hotel seemed rather shady and didn't feel very safe or welcoming, especially at night. I would hesitate to recommend it to solo female travelers or anyone who wants to feel secure while out late. Inside, the room was decent and reasonably maintained, the basic facilities were satisfactory, and the staff service was acceptable. There were no major problems with the room itself. It could work for someone looking for a budget stay who is comfortable with the location, but the neighborhood affected my experience considerably. The hotel has potential.

The owner was very rude when we reported the problems. He basically said the rooms here were just like that, even though I spoke to him very politely. We rented a room for two days yesterday, and the price was very high. The room smelled badly, the TV wouldn't turn on, and the fan wasn't working. The cleaning staff still hadn't cleaned it after we asked them ten times. MCD should look into this.

There was no lock on the door, which made the room feel unsafe. It was poorly cleaned and smelled really bad, and the hygiene was extremely poor. The rent was also very high for the facilities available. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

It's about 400 metres from NDLS. The hotel is old, but the rooms are good. Check your room before you check in. Bargaining is a good idea, as you might save 2 or 3 hundred.

The worst hotel. They are doing fraud with customers. They couldn't even tell who was on duty or when, and kept asking one another. Although our reservation was already booked, nobody knew whether we had to pay or what the amount was. They had no idea about the payment details.
