Hotel Heritage Inn

With an AC booking here, the hotel management decides when the air conditioning runs. It only came back on after we complained several times. We had already booked and paid online, but were told on arrival to pay again because this place is affiliated with the previous owner. I’m still waiting for my refund from BOOKSTAYS, which continues to advertise it despite what happened. Don’t book this place online. If you really want to stay, go there and book directly.

We spent three days in Delhi with our family of five and had a lovely stay at Hotel Heritage. The room was clean, the food was really good, and the hospitality was warm. I’d happily recommend Hotel Heritage. We left feeling happy and satisfied.

We paid Rs. 30 for a bottle of water, and the room smelled awful. There was pan gutka spit on the walls, and the linen wasn’t fresh. They also switch the AC off at 6 am, which wrecked our sleep. We had to ask them at 9.30 to turn it back on. A complete waste of money. I’d never stay here again.

When we needed hot water, they gave us an immersion rod, and they did respond when I arrived around 05:30 am. Those are the two stars. I’d prepaid through Mi stay, but they refused the booking, so I had to book directly. Don’t try to negotiate the price, they may call you illiterate. The receptionist and caretaker don’t know how to behave. The rooms were filthy, with spit left on the walls, and some walls had no plaster. The bathroom tap kept leaking. Not recommended at all.
