The room door wouldn’t lock properly, and that alone made the place feel unsafe, especially with my family and children there. I stayed awake all night to keep an eye on everyone because the staff did not respond to our concerns. It was mentally and physically exhausting. We paid ₹3200 for one night and got no meaningful help. There was no cleanliness or hygiene, the AC still didn’t work after several complaints, and we had to ask repeatedly just to get towels. Staff were rude and unprofessional and ignored our requests. If you’re traveling with family, avoid this place. Even a free stay wouldn’t be worth the safety concern. It isn’t clean, safe, or worth the money or peace of mind, and shouldn’t be listed as a family hotel.

Seems suited to a longer budget stay if you're mainly coming back to sleep. Fine for someone looking for an inexpensive hotel.

The rooms boys are friendly and caring, though I gave one of them too much liberty and sometimes he would sit on my head. The owner, Hotel Sri Mallik ji, is a very kind person. Reception staff were hospitable and gave me good guidance about Delhi, though they are also very strict.

When we checked out early in the morning to catch our train, staff held us up for a room inspection and tried to bill us for a dirty towel we hadn’t used. Once they realized the argument wasn’t going their way, they began apologizing. We were in a rush, so we left it there, but that sort of conduct is unacceptable. During our stay, my wife and I also found the basics missing: no hot water, foot mat, soap or shampoo, and no clean sheets or towels. The staff service was the worst I’ve experienced.
