Everything was awful: the room, bathroom, blankets, water bottle, and the receptionist. If anyone wants to stay in a dirty hotel, please come here.

The room was spotless and well cared for when we arrived at NK Residency around midnight. We were pleasantly surprised by how hospitable everyone was. Ahmed and Usama were especially friendly and helpful at both check-in and check-out. I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay.

There were used condoms under the bed, and the room was completely unclean.

The staff were good, but that didn't make up for the condition of the rooms. The place wasn't hygienic or maintained, with awful walls and floors, a bad smell, and at least six cockroaches. The rooms were small, and we had to switch hotels the next day. I can't see how it has a 4+ rating. For a family stay, I'd give it 2.5 out of 5 at best.

This stay was a very bad experience. Cockroaches were all over the room, bathroom, table, and even the bed. The bathroom fittings and taps were loose, and the shower tap came off when I tried to use it.
