When we got to the hotel, there was no hotel or signboard there. I called the number and was asked why I hadn’t called ahead. We never call a property after booking to check whether it’s open, and if they accepted payment, they should be open. The man told us they were renovating and would arrange another hotel, 3 km away. We had booked on the hotel’s own website on 7.10.2025 for 27.10.2025, paid in full, and received an email confirmation and voucher. Instead, they gave us one family suite for our two rooms, which was terrible to accommodate everyone in one room. Azzura hotel management was careless and unprofessional. If they accepted the booking and planned to move us, they should have called and looked after us. Worst experience. Never trust the own website.

Shubham Rawat welcomed me with such a friendly, kind manner that I felt at home right away. The rooms were clean and well kept, and there was always a nice cup of tea served on time. The location was convenient, with smooth, well-built roads that made getting around easy. Having the Ayyappa temple a short distance away added to the charm. My stay was comforting and peaceful, with a lovely mix of comfort, pleasant surroundings, and warm hospitality.

Dining was a highlight, with a varied menu and some exquisite dishes. At Azurra, I also found the rooms spacious, clean, and well appointed, and the service showed impressive attention to detail. The central location made it easy to explore the city’s attractions. My stay was outstanding, and I’d highly recommend it for a luxurious, memorable visit.

The bedding and pillow were super comfortable, and the service was good. It’s a cozy, budget-friendly place for a short stay in a perfect location. The room size was okay, though the washroom felt a bit cramped. There isn’t much choice on the menu, but what they serve is excellent for taste, quantity, and price. I’ll definitely be back soon.
