OYO 12982 Hotel Oris International

The stay couldn’t have gone much worse. I booked a super deluxe room and got a compact one instead because they said the others were occupied. The toilet was broken and the flush didn’t work, and a minor repair took two hours. There were no TV channels because they refused to pay for them, the food was bad, and staff didn’t respond to requests.

We found a better option right next door and went elsewhere for breakfast, which cost more than at nearby hotels. The photos online made the lobby look impressive, but the room we got was like a rat hole and nothing like the pictures. The AC barely worked. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The sheets were dirty and had lots of bugs, and the rooms looked extremely unclean. There wasn’t a single bathroom amenity, no towel, hand soap, shampoo, or body wash. The flush didn’t work either, and I had to call service several times before anyone fixed it. The pictures are very misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I only stayed the night because the booking wasn’t refundable. The rooms and bed were filthy, the bed made a lot of noise, and there were cockroaches and ants everywhere. They’d left a used towel and provided no toiletries or water bottle. MakeMyTrip had the wrong hotel photos. It was listed as 3 star, but felt like 2 star. Small rooms are something I can live with, as long as they’re clean.
