La Sagrita - A Boutique Hotel

The handwritten welcome note from the owner, Mr. Hemant Ahuja, was a lovely touch, and the whole team was friendly and supportive. Mr. Rahul also deserves a big thank you for arranging a room for us at short notice. It’s a calm, comfortable place, and the food is very tasty. One of the best places I’ve stayed on my travels.

It’s easy to get an auto or cab, and the hotel is close to places like CP, Janpath, and India Gate. I felt it was safe for solo travelers, especially girls. The setting is quiet and green, in a posh residential part of Delhi behind the National Zoo. The restaurant food is really tasty, especially the chicken sandwich and sweet corn chicken soup, and the staff are cooperative. I’d highly recommend it. 😃

A peaceful spot away from the bustle, with a great team and reasonable prices. My room was impeccable, from the high ceilings and wooden floors to the perfect linen and shower. The food was good too. There’s an interesting story behind the name, which you can ask the owner about if you’re lucky enough to stay here.

I’ve stayed there twice. The location and property are the only good things about this hotel. The staff go out of their way to be rude, and even the simplest requests get refused as if guests have no rights. The way guests are treated is downright objectionable.
