Ajay, the hotel manager, was particularly nice and made sure service was timely. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, and I felt very welcome. The place was clean, modern, private, and comfortable, with a proper shower and toiletries. It’s in a quiet, safe, upmarket neighbourhood, with 24/7 security at the top of the road, and it’s well located. I was very impressed and will definitely stay again when I’m in Delhi.

Baban seemed to take care of everything, and I don’t know how he managed it all. The cook, Parsant, made such a great parantha that it made me cry 😂, it reminded me of my grandma. I hired Rameesh for my taxi; he drives for the neighbourhood and hotel and knew exactly where to take me when nobody else knew where I was going. I hope the men are paid well, since I don’t know when any of them sleep. I plan to email the owner about how great they were, and I’ll recommend the hotel to my clients. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable during my amazing stay. The room was clean, the bathroom cleaner than most, and the food and chai were great. The neighbourhood was fantastic and quieter than I expected. It was still noisy, since it’s Delhi, but it’s in a wealthy residential area, with a garden right next door.

We loved our stay at B Nineteen and will be back. It’s a small, personal hotel in an excellent location, with outstanding staff and great food. From the roof, you can see the UNESCO world heritage site, Humayun's Tomb. The neighbourhood is calm and walkable, and the staff helped with all our questions. Ajay was especially helpful.
