We had a confirmed phone booking at Hotel Elite Inn, TRP Mall, Bopal, for an agreed price, but when we arrived on time the receptionist denied the booking and the owner said there were no rooms. We were left stranded at midnight with no warning and had to rush around looking for somewhere else. As a couple, the fear, stress, and helplessness were awful. The hotel showed no accountability or empathy. A place that can leave guests stuck like that at midnight can’t be trusted. I strongly urge travelers to stay away.

The staff and service were awful. They’re not true to their word. We went in and they removed the geyser, then entered our room without permission. I’m completely disappointed and suggest staying away. I’ll report it.

Payment was never explained clearly, and they asked for extra charges once we reached the hotel. The staff were very bad. Channel manager Parvez Shaikh was rude and wouldn’t even politely accept feedback or suggestions. It was a terrible hotel experience, especially on a holiday.
