We were lucky to get an upgrade to a Superior room with a window. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the shopping area and local restaurants. Breakfast was good, and the staff were attentive throughout. We really appreciated their service and the chance to stay and enjoy a luxurious stay at Hotel Orchid. Great experience. #Jai Ai Axom.

The room we were given looked nothing like the one shown online. We booked online to use credit mileage eligible for a discount. The owner acknowledged both the booking and discount, but put us in the shady rooms at the back of the hotel.

I recently booked this hotel for my friend, and he reported back positively. The room was spacious, and the room service was good, with nathda as the service person. It's very close to Nehru stadium, and the nearby facilities a tourist needs are easy to reach. The hotel is on a small road, but getting transport is easy.

It's good value for money, in a prime spot near the Railway Station and the city hub. After a recent renovation, everything looks fresh. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the staff respond quickly. They can cook a lot of things, just don't expect lasagna and the like.

The location is great, though nearby competitors are better by comparison. It used to be a good place, but its age is starting to show. The coffee cup they served was broken. I only stopped in for coffee, so I can't comment on the rooms.
