The Grand Vardhman Hotel

The food was good, and the staff were really nice. They also have a very advanced hall for meetings, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions. Still, I was a bit disappointed with the atmosphere. The rooms smelled as if they hadn't been cleaned in a long time, the sink wasn't working, and the bathroom smelled too.

We were in Morbi mainly for business, and the central location made getting around very convenient. The restaurant staff were really friendly, and the rooms were very nice. Since we arrived late, we chose the breakfast plan on the first day. On the second day we switched to breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and that worked out great.

The cleanliness was very good, and the ground-level staff were nice. The manager, though, was rude and careless. The hotel seems to be aiming for star-level status, but there's nothing particularly special about it. Food is costly, and the hotel costs more than others of the same standard.

Everything else was very good, but the water filtration problem is huge. The taps in the washroom always had sewage water, and the rooms became extremely smelly. I've stayed at this same hotel three times in the past year, and the issue still hasn't been fixed.
