There wasn't a single window in the room, so it felt suffocating. Cockroaches were all over both the bedroom and bathroom, like the rooms had been locked up for months. I had to call room service again and again for basic things like cockroach spray and a bathroom mat. After two days in that room, I developed an allergy and had to take medicine. I would never recommend this hotel.

It's a budget-friendly hotel with helpful staff, good service, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and tasty food at reasonable prices. I personally loved staying there. The parking really needs improvement, and there were a few glitches: the TV didn't work and the room keys didn't work either. Even so, I found the place nice.

We booked two rooms and had a terrible experience. One room had a broken TV and phone, and its bathroom was clogged with water. We asked to move, but the other room had the same problems and hygiene issues, with beer bottle caps and other sachets left lying around. They also don't give you a room key, so each time you go in or out you have to ask someone to open or close the door.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is the lack of proper parking, which seems to be a problem with all the hotels in Amritsar. Otherwise, it's very good value for money. The front office made a great impression, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The atmosphere was good, and cleaning staff came every day to tidy the clean rooms at Hotel Pearl Inn & Suits Amritsar.

I was travelling solo and everyone was really sweet and helpful. Hotel Pearl Inn is in a prime spot, so it was easy to get around. The food was delicious, both veg and non veg, with the non veg especially good. Caring staff, great food, and cool rooms made my stay super amazing. Thank you, hotel Pearl Inn.
