Collection O 68451 Sugar Cube

Everything was filthy, from the bathroom to the rest of the place, and there was no staff. It seems they just rent rooms by the hour to young couples. The owner was terrible and didn’t even know how to speak properly. The hotel runs by the hour. No family should stay here, it isn’t safe.

The young staff tried their best to serve us, but overall the property needs attention and care from the owner. Maintenance was very poor, and it felt like the property was basically run by the staff. There’s no restaurant, and the area is 10 km from the city centre with few good food options. The washrooms have no geysers, and hot water depends entirely on solar power, which was inconvenient for our early morning trips. Even the flush didn’t work. We had to switch rooms because the toilet door was broken. The hotel didn’t meet any of my expectations.

It was the dirtiest place I’ve ever seen presented as a hotel. The rooms, washroom, and linen were filthy, and it didn’t feel secure for children. Staff and owner were very rude. The images on booking sites are fake. Worst place to stay with family.

Worst hotel. No cleaning, and the bathroom was dirty. The bedsheet was filthy too.
