The biggest problem was the door security. At check-in, staff said the keys were often lost and told us to just pull the door shut without locking it. We kept asking until they gave us a key, and checked that the door was locked before going out. When we came back, it was only shut and the lock was open. Thankfully our things were still there, but this was a serious security failure. The rooms were small, the washrooms unhygienic, and the lighting very dim. There was no one to help move our luggage. When we asked, the staff just looked at each other, so we carried everything ourselves. With security and service like this, I can’t recommend staying here.

They take the full tariff before providing service. The washroom is broken and the TV never works. Don’t pick this place if you want a comfortable stay, even for one night.

There’s no running water in the bathrooms, no curtains in the rooms, and no food available. The rooms are in terrible shape, so don’t spend your time or money coming here.

The food was very good, and the AC worked. They also provided a towel and soap. But the service wasn’t good: the receptionist said the night before that breakfast would be ready at 8am, and it wasn’t. I was running late and had to leave without eating. The telephone didn’t work, the TV was left sitting on the desk, and the bedsheet had small holes in places. The washbasin was clogged and drained very slowly.

The staff were nice, but the room wasn’t in good condition.
