The party hall interior was beautiful, and the space was quite clean for my daughter’s birthday party. The staff behaved very well and always tried to help in every way. I really want to thank them all for their excellent service. Thanks.
They even arranged an early breakfast for us, and the staff were very helpful. The food was just right, and the hotel was clean with great service. We had a good stay at hotel crossroads. 😍😍😍
That Lord Buddha statue by reception really stood out, and I loved the restaurant area. The staff were cooperative, the food was great, and the hotel was clean with good service.
The flowerpots outside made a lovely spot for photos and selfies. Inside, the renovated restaurant and Banquet were well kept, and the rooms were clean, hygienic, and had clean washrooms. The new management seems to be running the property very well. Staff were nice, and I had a great experience.
There was a strong dead rat smell in my room by morning. I’m assuming this was an unfortunate one-off, so I’ll give the hotel the benefit of the doubt. The room itself was okay, and it works if you just need somewhere to sleep before continuing your travels.
