We got a great room with an awesome view, room 1020, and a heater. Thanks so much, Neha. The place is surrounded by shops, food spots, and malls, right on the main national highway, with a nice poolside area and gym. There's also an in-house electric charger. The smart TV connects to Netflix and other services. Breakfast had curd rice, carrom, and a local specialty each day. Abhisek from F&B was great. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. Senior management was hands-on and available, always with a smile. Great place, must stay and enjoy.

The AARLIS is coming shortly. I visited for the inauguration. Five-star food and a nice restaurant.

We stayed three nights and had two rooms, both in poor condition. Most of the staff were friendly, though one employee was quite rude on our last day after a miscommunication. Reception may not be the best fit for someone with those customer service skills; perhaps a role in cleaning or cooking, away from guests, would suit him better. I don't want to name staff publicly, but they need proper training. Still, I wouldn't give the hotel zero stars because of one person's behavior. The overall experience was good, the food was excellent, and everyone enjoyed it. That incident was the only downside.

My stay was great and memorable. The staff were especially polite and helpful, and went out of their way for us. During the morning breakfast shift, Sarfraz kindly helped me and my party of 10 international guests, who left smiling. The service was lovely, and I highly recommend the staff. I want to thank more of the team by name, especially those in the kitchen and lobby.
