I booked three days but didn’t even stay one. The hotel had gone downhill compared with my previous experience. They don’t prepare the room for you each day, and they charge more than the information they provide. The room was untidy and smelly, the walls were dirty, and the AC didn’t work. They didn’t even provide water in the room. Hospitality was awful, the staff were bad, and the manager acts like he owns the hotel.

The rooms smelled, and the AC never cooled, though staff said it would after a while. In the morning, after they switched on the motor, we waited an hour for water to start flowing, and even then it came very slowly. I had to hold it while waiting to use the toilet. I didn’t pay for this kind of service or experience. Horrible stay, please don’t stay here.
