Ms. Baljeet Kaur, the Front Desk Manager, really helped make our family stay memorable. She was polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Her attention to detail reflects well on the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well kept, and housekeeping responded promptly. We also appreciated the calm, pleasant atmosphere and the convenient access to nearby areas. From arrival onward, our stay at Hotel Bella Vista, Panchkula felt welcoming, comfortable, and well managed.

What makes a stay worthwhile is the warmth and professionalism of the staff, and that was clear here. Naman from housekeeping did a fabulous job cleaning the room, and his courteous, pleasant manner made the experience even nicer. Bellavista is somewhere I'd love to stay again and again. The location, food, and cleanliness consistently meet a five-star standard.

The open cafe area looks lovely, and the breezy early morning air is a real treat. My stay was peaceful and comfortable, with prompt, efficient service. It's a little far from the busy spots if you're visiting a new place with family, but it's a good location if you want a comfortable stay without disturbance.
