The rooms were good quality and clean, the food was enjoyable, and the staff service was satisfactory. But on my Delhi work trip, the arrival was a real hassle. Our flight came in early, so we requested and paid extra for early check-in in advance. After nearly 10 hours of travel, we arrived to find the room wasn't ready and were told to wait until the normal check-in time. Even then, check-in took almost another hour. They moved us to a different room, and we waited another 30 minutes for it to be prepared. It was exhausting and frustrating after such a long trip to a new city. The hotel refunded the early check-in charge later, but that didn't undo the inconvenience. They need better communication and coordination for paid early check-in requests, since we waited so long despite having confirmation. The stay itself was comfortable, but the arrival process needs work for future guests.

Miss Afsana was very polite, shared all the information we needed, and helped us feel comfortable. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from RK Ashram Marg metro station, with a bus stop nearby, and it's easy to get around Delhi from there. Cannaught palace, India gate, and other tourist places are just a few minutes away by different kinds of transport. The room and washroom were clean and tidy, and they provide slippers, a toothbrush, and other toiletries, which was handy while travelling. The rooftop restaurant has a nice ambience. I stayed one day during my Delhi visit, and choosing this hotel was a great decision.

For my visa appointment at vfs global centre in delhi, I stayed at hotel shandon@ caunnaght place. It’s in a very good location, with easy access to major places in delhi. The rooms were clean, service was quick, and the staff were courteous, so I felt very comfortable. Excellent hospitality. I’d definitely stay again.

Ms. Afsana and Mr. Bittu were the best part of our family stay at Hotel Shandon, Delhi. They were polite, supportive, and always willing to help, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and we felt comfortable and safe. We tried the hotel food, but from our experience, we'd skip that option and look for nearby restaurants. The hotel itself is decent, and the warm staff make it worth considering for families who want clean rooms and good service.
