The photos showed a room that wasn't anything like the one I got. I booked recently because I had an exam, but when I arrived to check in, the room was completely different and really bad. The receptionist said I could either stay in it or cancel, so I canceled. They use fake room pictures to attract customers, and the people there weren't good at all.
It's in Sarita Vihar. The location isn't great, but the room was nice, with AC and a toilet and separate bathroom inside. A night's rent is around 800-1000 rs. It worked out well for a one-night stay.
I stayed for just 3 hours, and this was the worst OYO room I've ever come across. We were given two single beds instead of one king or queen bed, even though they knew it was a couple's stay. There was no water bottle, soap, or geyser in the room. Before checkout, the staff member took my phone and opened the OYO app to rate the place himself. I'd give less than one star if I could.

The room was spacious and the building had some good points, so it wasn't all bad. But there was no cleaning after each guest, the bathroom taps were poorly fitted, and they didn't provide toiletries. The sheets weren't clean either.
