Hotel O Blissbourn

The reception and security guys were cordial, but finding the hotel was difficult and the rooms were in extremely poor condition. It's a budget stay, though useful for a maximum of one hour for ghapa ghap, then a bed and washroom. I wouldn't stay with family and don't think you could manage more than an hour. It seems suited only to couples looking for a bed and washroom after ghapa ghap.

I prepaid through agoda for five nights, and one guy, sunil, seemed angry that I paid through the app because it meant they couldn't charge me extra. The hotel was nothing like the listing. The room was filthy, the walls were covered in molds, the mattress was hard, and the pillows were as flat as they could be. There wasn't a chair or table to sit and eat at. The listing showed breakfast, but the hotel doesn't provide it, and there's no restaurant. Worst experience.

The rooms shown on OYO looked nothing like the place in person, not even 1% alike.

Customer service was extremely bad, and they charge far more than the app shows. The AC doesn't work, the WiFi signal doesn't reach past reception, and the toilet is broken. The room is full of cockroaches and bugs. Not recommended at all.
